Shipping and Returns

We really hope that you love your designbybell purchase. If, however, you are unhappy or if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us at designbybell@gmail.com  as soon as possible. We will offer a refund or replacement (if in stock) on any full price item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Sale items or products purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for returns. Because of the nature of the eco pigment used in the printing process, and on some of the naturally woven textiles, minor defects, differences in printing and colour are to be expected. No two pieces are exactly alike, and each piece has been handmade, so there may be slight variations from the photos online. We have made every effort to ensure photography, description and details are correct and accurate, however there are times when slight differences may occur. Please note all measurements are approximate. We are unable to accept returns on items that are bespoke, personalised or made to specific measurements. This includes wallpaper (which is printed to order), fabric (which will have been cut specifically to your requirements) and all bespoke cushions (as these pieces are created specifically for you).

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, a refund may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. Processing times can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. For PayPal, refunds will be paid directly into your account and can take between 3 to 5 days to clear.

For items returned because of an incorrect address, designbybell is happy to repost at the customer's cost. If the package is marked as delivered by the post office, but the customer did not receive it, it is the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the item is scanned by the post office/shipping company/courier, Designbybell is no longer liable. Designbybell does not issue refunds on lost packages. If multiple orders are placed during a single purchasing session, Designbybell will endeavour to combine shipping, but cannot guarantee to combine shipping on multiple purchases over several purchasing sessions. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the weight of items purchased.
